Nice facility, helpful staff. Senior workout teacher really good.
I had an encounter with one of the female lifeguard employees named Rebecca Cruz who had a very foul mouth and attitude towards me when i was there. I will never go back to this ymca. I have asked other members if they have had a similar experience with her and they have. You guys need to fire her.
I am really sad that the YMCA has let us down as members....first the fees are very high, second one of the best employees the YMCA will ever see has been let go! The classes Beth instrusted will never been the same. I will be looking for another fitness center closer to my house. I have been a loyal member for 5 yrs...sometimes companies just know nothing about doing business. Beth's departing was a big mistake on the Y's part...I give this Y a 2 rating! Please call her back..
I alway love the YMCA in Monrovia. It's friendly and the facility is the best among the other two I have been to.
Love the Y, great gym, great programs, amazing kids zone, and great people. See you there.
