Absolutely terrible, worst service ever. If I could, I wouldn’t even leave one star. There is absolutely no communication at all, even when you’re dealing with urgent and dangerous situations. They have absolutely no regard for you as a person, and would just leave you hanging with no updates. They don’t keep you informed and just leave you to figure everything out yourself. Booked a counseling appointment online, received a confirmed date and time, and spent the day waiting for the call. Appointment time came and went—nothing. After I emailed an hour later, I finally got a voicemail saying they had “another appointment” during my supposedly booked time slot. So apparently, a confirmed appointment doesn’t actually mean you have an appointment. Good to know. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. New building is beautiful love not having to walk through a smelly lobby but the new location and parking is atrocious
Been seeing my therapist on and off for a couple years, my expectations of a therapist are high and my therapist meets all my expectations, shes gained my trust, and shes helped me. Family Services is no charge and has great councilors. I feel understood, seen and heard. Thank you so much Family Services for always being available financially and time schedule, Thank you for the impact the councilors have made. Thank you Marlo for always listening
They don’t care for you just want to collect their money to tell you have problems . Then send you to get a swab test then it gets lost in mail .
