Tara Mc Hugh was the worst therapist ive ever had in all my history of therapy she played mind games she would twist everything i said around and tell the nurse practitioner then blamed it all on me she would say hurtful things when I would talk about the trauma I experience as a child not only is she unprofessional she is a cold hearted person she should not be a therapist she seems to have no experience at all a therapist is supposed to help u not say things to make u feel worse provistan 4.2 requires providers to be vigil... read more

90% of staff is unprofessional with zero sympathy. I was a patient for two years and had ignored lots of moments that made me feel like I was not being taken seriously. Most importantly the administration and front desk staff I am speaking of. This is a MENTAL HEALTH facility that is meant to HELP people not make them feel ashamed of what they are going through. They have made me fearful of trying to get any type of help again after how I was treated.

Always when I go to buy and pay with a card they tell you no cash and today I brought a $100 bill I didn't have change that always happens to me when the same person helps me

I showed up 2 minutes late one time and they acted like they were gonna cancel my whole appointment. Like wow really? Other than that I like my therapist and my psychiatrist.
