Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this location for individual or family help. I have over 30 years of experience with therapy and found the process here very frustrating. My calls and emails were not returned, meeting invites were not sent, and documentation discussed in my first consultation was never provided. When I did hear back from a supervisor, I left the call feeling worse instead of supported.
