My 8 year old is supposed to be receiving therapy from FSA. They have one therapist with over 70 clients. Half of the appointments have been cancelled and after 4 months of this they called out of the blue and said they couldn't provide therapy anymore. At this point it would have been better to just not have any therapy for my little girl instead of retraumatizing her. Learn to run this business better because you are hurting your clients.
The worse service ever. Completely unprofessional. Dont return calls, can't keep track of scheduled appointments. Schedule you for a holiday time. Not even aware that they are closed. They should close this place.
The only place where I could find EMDR therapy that was covered by my insurance plan their staff is very kind and helpful and up-to-date
I went here for a year and went through at least 5 doctors and two counselors because they kept quiting. They were always behind schedule and most of the time I didn't even see the doctor in person it was a video conference. One of the doctors made a disgusting comment on my weight- him as well as one of the counselors insisted that I apply for welfare and state assistance because I'm an AHCCSS recipient, claiming that I'd likely qualify since -as the doctor put it- "I'm poor enough" (can't make this up) I felt my mental hea... read more
