I took my girlfriend to this location. We had an appointment for her meds we got there blood pressure machine didn’t work we sat in a room with a tv for a video visit never got that. My girlfriend was literally having a psychotic episode while we were in office. I walked up to the front desk and asked the to call the crisis line so she can get some help. I was a patient at this clinic for nearly a decade until today. I want to be fair and say that I did have some genuinely good therapists, and medication providers during that time. Unfortunately, they never stayed long. The constant turnover meant starting over again and again, which undermined any sense of continuity in care, and as someone with anxiety and PTSD this was hard. I have the pleasure of working with Diana. She’s been absolutely wonderful. Extremely supportive, personable, and always provides great advice. I have personally seen 5 therapists and she’s by far the best. The company is understaff and at times they dont have someone at the front desk, but they do a great job with the staff they have to work with. Super grateful for them.
My 8 year old is supposed to be receiving therapy from FSA. They have one therapist with over 70 clients. Half of the appointments have been cancelled and after 4 months of this they called out of the blue and said they couldn't provide therapy anymore. At this point it would have been better to just not have any therapy for my little girl instead of retraumatizing her. Learn to run this business better because you are hurting your clients.
