I would give 0 stars if I could. Initial quote jumped a couple hundred dollars after we agreed to service. Agent demonstrated a lack of knowledge and constantly changed responses to questions. Phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely fashion (if at all) and paperwork "disappeared". When we went to cancel our policies we were quoted refund of nearly $900, but instead ended up paying 4 months coverage on one car that had been sold and another that had been moved out of country ( so was not covered by the insurance)... read more
