Zero care about appointment time for a toddlers hair cut
Terrible service so left before the haircut. Had an appointment booked for my son at 9am with Antonio Miguel. We arrived on time and waited 30 mins while the barber was finishing up with another customer (there was only 1 person working). After 30 mins, there was no sense of urgency or an apology. Once the barber, who I assume was Antonio, finished up with the other customer he was on his phone texting or looking something up for a few minutes. This is the BEST barber shop you will find in Cambridge! I have been coming here for over a year and I have never been disappointed. Antonio is so careful, so thoughtful about every single detail - it’s simply so rare to find this type of service. They both take their time and always make sure you leave happy. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough.
