We had an excellent experience. The job was difficult and Gateway tree service delivered everything promised. Jeremiah is very skilled at operating the equipment and we were delt with fairly. We definitely recommend Gateway and plan to use them for future jobs.
On a Friday night at around midnight, a very large, healthy looking water oak split in half and landed on my roof. There was clearly significant roof damage with one broken limb coming through a bedroom ceiling. I settled on Gateway because they had considerably more recommendations in my local Facebook group than others. Excellent service. They responded quickly and came out to estimate the same day, and got me on the schedule within a couple of days. The crew showed up right on the time scheduled. They took the tree down and had it all cleaned up quickly, including raking the yard--no debris left behind. They also took a lot of care to not damage the yard or driveway while getting their equipment in and out. I thought their price was quite reasonable. Great service, I would definitely use them again and would recommend.
Jeremiah with Gateway Tree Service was extremely professional and did a wonderful job removing several trees near my home and hauling everything away. He worked very efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
