They were very rude and just short with us. When I’m paying 200$ plus for service I would like things done the way I want without them talking about me in a different language. I don’t appreciate that snarky attitudes. I will take my service somewhere else. Take note the owner is amazing and she’s super sweet and thorough but a bad apple will spoil the whole bunch.
Very clean and they do not rush through your service just to get to the next client.
I’ve given this salon multiple chances because it’s close and convenient, but today was the last straw. I went in for a gel fill, and when I walked in, the staff were sitting around on their phones, not even acknowledging me. Eventually, someone told me to sit at a table, but the whole service felt rushed.
