Takes your money and doesn’t finish the job. Should be zero stars
Do not take your camper to Family RV. If you do you need to ask how long before they can start working on it and how long does it take you to do the job. Ask how many employees he has, told us two, NOT. His workmanship is a very low standard. His time on working on a camper is ridiculous. We took our RV in there for a new roof. He had it for 56 days, had it for 30 before he even started on it. The job is not good at all. I do not need to say the words on this review that describe it. Horrible work done with 4 months to do. Took money for work that he never completed and what was completed was sloppy and unprofessional. Does not return phone calls.
It truly does pain me to be writing this review. David came out to my rv a month ago to look at a water leak. Very hard working and honest in his assessment of the leak. He fixed the problem. I appreciated his honesty and truly felt good about him. I was planning on giving him all of my maintenance work- roof cleaning/sealing etc. as I simply do not have the time to do it.
