While in the Whitney area we had the need to use Jason's services a couple of times. On 1 occasion he gave us info over the phone and we were able to fix it ourselves. Recently Jason came and installed a 3rd air conditioner. The install was a bit of a challenge due to keystone's manufacturing issue. Jason figured it out and got the a.c. unit installed and running. We had a voltage inverter we wanted installed in our camper. Jason came out to our campsite, installed it, and then explained what he did and how it works. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. We had another issue, and he explained what we needed to do . We highly recommend him.
Had issues with my RV Air Conditioner. Jason showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and saved me from having to replace the unit. Excellent communication through out the process. Thank you Jason and will use Family RV inspection when I have any issues in the future.
Very quick response! We were having problems with our refrigerator and he was able to give advice over the phone. That ended up fixing the problem without him having to even come out. I greatly appreciate that he was willing to give us something to try that ended up working. He could have just come out and done it and changed but didn't. We will definitely be contacting him on any future RV issues.
