Unprofessional salesman never called me back to let me know if I was approved or denied text multiple times and no response will take business else where
Location on hwy 80 is terrible. Hours are 8-4. Went to buy some lights and there is nobody there that can sell parts. Maybe you shouldn’t have the parts store open to walk around if you can’t purchase anything. The person at the counter was rude and useless. If you can’t sell a light I cert won’t be back to buy anything let alone an rv.
Rodney and Mr. Noffsinger have both gone above and beyond to work out any issues with had with our unit. They actually do what they say they will even after the sale!! We would highly recommend Family RV in Abilene.
