Johnny and his assistant were amazing, excellent customer service and he kept me informed throughout the project. They did amazing craftsmanship with attention to detail. I will recommend them to everyone. When he was done he took pictures and sent them to me. I had to go to work right after they got there, so he sent the pictures for my approval before he left. Excellent service!!! Thanks again Grant, I really appreciate you guys working around my schedule and the quick install.
One Friday morning following a heavy rain, I noticed a water spot on my bedroom ceiling. I emailed Family Roofing of PA at 10am and for a call from Grant at 10:15. He said he would be sending a technician by to take a look. I told him I suspected it was a pipe boot and not a big project. He said that wasn’t a problem and Luis would be coming in less than 2 hours. Luis arrived and promptly flew a drone up to take a closer look.
