I experienced discrimination at this establishment and wouldn't recommend anyone go there. After being told on the phone my prescription was ready once I got there I was given the run around to only be told 24hrs later sorry we only fill for REGULAR CUSTOMERS whatever that means. I asked my doctor has anyone else went to Rexall for the same medication. I was told yes although he wouldn't or couldn't say a name he did say she was a white female so me as a black male I guess is what they meant by REGULAR CUSTOMER... totally d... read more
I go in here every so often to get snacks, cigs or coffee. However, this last time, I bought some fudge that was expired. Shouldn't have been that big of a deal, just come back return it and get a non-expired one. Of course EVERY ONE ON THE SHELF IS EXPIRED. This is the THIRD time I have had to return expired products. To make things even better, (a little cherry on my angry cake) when I brought up the fact that this was the third time, and that it was ridiculous, I was told to just not come back.
