TERRIBLE company to work for… Have been in the caregiving industry for well over 5 years and have never had an experience like this place. The staff is awful, the communication is terrible and 9 times out of 10 clients will be left with no care & no reason why. Stay away. Go to Right At Home care, or Helping Hands Home Care!!!

Since Family Resource Home care took over they have really done an amazing job. Great communication and really responsive to their clients and caregivers needs!

This company took off way more than they could handle, there was an unacceptable Lack of communication between the client and the company. client did not receive the scheduled hours that she had requested.. The company had a constant struggle to keep caregivers in place. They called one Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. when they were supposed to arrive by 930 to tell a bed ridden patient that they had no coverage for the whole weekend. Yes worse company to work for I agree with Karen had the same problem as her Andrew needs to grow up and stop thinking it's all about him,
