We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Family Resource Home Care in Silverdale. Our assigned caregiver, Audrey Sandbeck / Audrey Zeeb, was frequently unreliable and unprofessional, often failing to show up for scheduled shifts. When she did arrive, she spent much of her time napping or scrolling on her phone instead of providing care. She even vaped indoors while on the clock, which was completely inappropriate. Ready to be rehired & willing to go back to work on finding another client but was told I am not going to be rehired due to not being able to transport clients or go shopping for them using my own car...but I was just working for FHC, What bugs me more than anything about this is that I worked for *** for just over a year, got a good job evaluation, this company KNEW that I did not have a car, & did know my bike was my transportation...I even parked my bicycle inside the main office while we were "training" for the start of ... read more
