My step son was seen by a therapist here, the therapist wanted no information from me because I am not a biological parent, however I was his full time mother because my husband has full sole custody and birth mom give up parental rights. The therapist was only concerned with push ADHD meds and had no concerns for helping him deal with his physical, and sexual abuse he'd suffered. Very disappointed in this organization and feel they should not be in business. They don't deserve any kind of rating a big 0
Went to this place for YEARS!! last visit was a new doctor and it was horrible. They write down false information in your files so make sure of what you tell them although it's supposed to be confidential. I was so disappointed when I confided in a doctor there and the doctor treated me like a NOBODY. I don't recommend this place to anyone who really needs help!!!!
EDIT: And they clearly can not help people if staff themselves need psychological help!!! Beware, do not work here. I left because this place does not treat you with the respect that you deserve. I put in my two weeks notice and they immediately asked for my keys and told me to leave. I just received in the mail a can of soup that I left at the Family Resource Center. They are very Petty and unprofessional. They spent $9 to mail me a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup. The entire office needs a revamp and I would be very ... read more
Beware, do not work here. I left because this place does not treat you with the respect that you deserve. I put in my two weeks notice and they immediately asked for my keys and told me to leave. Sad they closed Troy I like my new councilor I quit coming awhile back to being overwhelmed between a case worker a couciling and peer support texted every day right now I feel like I'm not benefiting from couciling do I stuggle with teletherapy don't have a case worker nomore And been waiting 2 months so far a new one last case worker and secretary were having conversations about and case worker made me feel attacked
