Good people grey service
Very slow and can't depend on them and the two female dispatchers are the rudest people ever Skylar and Sarah and they screw up your rides almost every time you call and they take care of you. They should have kept Skylar instead of hiring Brenda everyone else there can usually get a ride for someone I have seen drivers pulled over taking naps with no riders but every time I have asked this woman to get me or a family member a ride she tells me they are full really now I think she needs to be retrained or is she really that ... read more
About to lose my job and mind because they are late getting me to work, or can't get you there, and have been making me late multiple times! Also take forever to get you home. Drivers don't give a shit and the company doesn't either. I've been using them for 5 years and it's just getting worse!
