Have given them $50 for 2 rides to Hillsboro from 15 miles away. Every time, they claim there's no money on the account and demand more money. It's like a shakedown. Some one is pocketing this money somewhere. This is one crooked business that needs to be investigated.

My school uses FRS to transport me to and from school, and have been for the past 3 years and, in those past three years they haven’t cleaned out the back seats once. my mother has tried to contact management about it because there was bedbugs and and nothing. They also don’t know how to drive because while picking up another kid hit, their mailbox and said nothing to her parents. I would give them negative stars if I could, driver is nice though.

Cant do anything right, rude to the elderly. Uncaring of others time, and literally honest to God—attempted a hit-and-run not even a month ago. If you bring it up they will act clueless. Would rate 0 if I could.

Left teen stranded at work. My sister uses frs to get to and from work . Tonight she was told she didn't pay do she had to get off.man refused her receipt. Crazy thing is same man. Did this to husband a week earlier. Where's the money going?!? Twenty bucks mia. A 19yr Old left after dark with no transportation due to negligence. What if she wasn't at a safe spot. What if the store was closed? Do better.
