Most of the drivers are very friendly, but the lack of professional conduct by the female dispatchers are rude and very unpleasant. The service is absolutely useless, unless you need a ride a 4 days to a week from the time you call. I would have given them a "0" but their male dispatchers and half of their drivers, got them a higher score than they really deserved.
My and my roommate have taken FRS for a year now an while in the begining they where great the last couple months the people that are either new or new to picking us up have been nothing but rude so on the website and what we where told in person but also on website is that they can come 15 min early or 15 min late and that if they don't see you they are suppose to call twice then wait 5 min we'll they don't ! For example roommate was schedule a ride today and we use the app the person is supposed to be here at 507-535 well ... read more
I had frs twice now Sarah and Roxann was the greatest people no complaints here.
