We reached out for a consultation to discover the consult would be with someone else, not Kenneth which is who we reached out to. We cancelled our appointment and were met with strong resistance from the owner while he is on vacation and were told we still needed to pay for the visit. Therapy should be a place of understanding not hostility. Sounded like he needed to cover his vacation more than he wanted to help.
