Incompetent or possibly deceptive
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. You come to the office on the day they said it’s open, the doors are locked. Can’t get anyone to the door. They expect you to pay the money but don’t want to offer any customer service with it. Terrible excuse for a mandated class through the state.
Never answer the phone but they say call when you get there but still don't answer. It's ridiculous.
They will never answer the phone very bad experience I drove 40 minutes to come to the office and find out that it was close.,.
