I have great respect for Family Recovery. It is by appointment only so don't just show up and expect to walk in the door. If you call them be sure you leave a message and someone will definitely call you back. This is a counseling place so they don't have someone dedicated to answering phones. That being said I think they are very professional, understanding of individual situations and extremely compassionate. Incompetent or possibly deceptive
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. You come to the office on the day they said it’s open, the doors are locked. Can’t get anyone to the door. They expect you to pay the money but don’t want to offer any customer service with it. Terrible excuse for a mandated class through the state.
Never answer the phone but they say call when you get there but still don't answer. It's ridiculous.
