I liked my counselor but the last appointment I had the never called nor sent a text reminding me of my appointment, then when I called and explained the receptionist called me a liar and said you got it unless you gave us a wrong number she read my number back to me they had on file and said everyone says that then when they get here they have it, I felt she was very unprofessional and this was at the Lisbon location
