D If your in the market for a place married couples be warned. If he finds your wife attractive he will pursue her. I'm assuming if your a business owner you wouldn't have these kind of ethics but with no repercussions since your the owner anything goes. Stay away from these business practices and this gentleman.

My suggestion is to not rent from them. My suspicion was the staff made a plan with one of their workers in order to keep my security deposit when I was rightfully entitled to all of it. Luckily, I recieved it back..... after a few months. This was back in 2018. Plus, when I sent them a pre-move-in evaluation form in concern with the apartment's condition, they said they "don't have it" when I brought it up months later. Don't bother talking with them.

I was completely led on by this company especially their agent Eliseo Madrono. We had set up a meeting to sign a lease. They said they needed to reschedule. The next day someone else was moving in. DON’T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

They didn't repair anything. My apartment had an electric fire and no one even checked it out. My electric bill jumped to $377 for a two bedroom apartment. As well as my fridge fried. I lived out of a cooler for three months. Horrible reality.
