When I saw the review number of 3.2. I thought maybe it was an error because I have had this happen before and I was proved right but no I was proved WRONG. Her office reminded me of the missing form they needed numerous times sure. I sent it as soon as I could thinking I would finally get her results I have called and left messages only to finally email the clinic.Only for the clinic to reply and state that it was sent on the 3rd and that if I have not received it that I can drive two hours to come pick up a copy lol. Daniela is a very caring psychologist, who is knowledgeable, thorough and takes her time with each patient she sees. I highly recommend her practice to anyone needing ADHD testing.
Horrible ! I had scheduled My daughter first appointment for 4 pm today I called to notify that I was running late the rude front desk lady stated If I wasn’t there by 4:15 pm, I can not reschedule with them again. I will not recommend this facility to anyone! says it close at 5 PM but the front desk lady was running out there by 4:20!!
I made an appointment to have my son evaluated. The "Dr" declined to evaluate him. She diagnosed him without providing any services. Charged me $200 to tell me she won't be helping. Devastated. Filing dispute with my bank and my insurance. Feel scammed.
Our child needed a state-required psychological eval in order for us to complete her adoption. The psych eval was the only thing holding up the adoption, and Dr. Costa and the receptionist were so amazing. They were so helpful and polite when I was stressed from trying to find someone, and kept us at the top of the list for cancellations given our situation.
