Horrible ! I had scheduled My daughter first appointment for 4 pm today I called to notify that I was running late the rude front desk lady stated If I wasn’t there by 4:15 pm, I can not reschedule with them again. I will not recommend this facility to anyone! says it close at 5 PM but the front desk lady was running out there by 4:20!!
I made an appointment to have my son evaluated. The "Dr" declined to evaluate him. She diagnosed him without providing any services. Charged me $200 to tell me she won't be helping. Devastated. Filing dispute with my bank and my insurance. Feel scammed.
Our child needed a state-required psychological eval in order for us to complete her adoption. The psych eval was the only thing holding up the adoption, and Dr. Costa and the receptionist were so amazing. They were so helpful and polite when I was stressed from trying to find someone, and kept us at the top of the list for cancellations given our situation. Pretty awful, no one responds to anything here so don't bother. Ignoring people requesting help is disgusting and the exact opposite of the service they claim to provide. Don't waste your time like I did. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star or for me, it would've been none.
DO NOT COME HERE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL MOST LIKELY "NOT BE ABLE TO BE RESCHEDULED" LIKE SORRY I HAVE A REAL JOB & DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR DISORGANIZATION.
