I call for appointment as a new patient, and the lady at the phone was so rude, zero patience
I just called to get pricing information. Tina answered the phone. I am sure there was a cut out through connection. All I heard was "this is Tina." so I confirmed "is this family psychological services." Tina very rudely responded... "I just said that." SO RUDE. so unprofessional. I immediately got off the phone and decided to go with someone else. The therapists may be good, but I never got that far do rude support staff...
This is a small and caring practice. I really feel like it helps me.
My son has been talking to Dr Karen Rosen for 3 years now and loves it. He actually looks forward to their sessions. She is absolutely the sweetest most professional, knowledgeable Dr. we could have ever found. I highly recommend to any parents for their younger child or teen.
