Would give zero stars if I could this place is trash, they don’t care about mental health at all, they will just drop you as a patient with no warning or notice and claim they “mailed you a letter” and leave you with no way to fill your prescriptions for medication you have been taking for sever depression and PTSD, stuff that you can’t just stop taking cold Turkey. If you actually care about yourself and your loved ones stay away from this place!
The front desk staff are not trained to work with mental health, are rude/ short/ invalidating ( all but 1 front desk staff) the director made note of this and recognized this yet no changes have been made. My therapist was amazing and did everything she could for me. The doctor was responsive and open to changing meds if you wanted or keeping them the same if that’s what you were with. However the compliance officer and the owner of this facility are here not for mental health reasons and not because they care about anybody... read more
Don't go here, unless you've no other option. Everyone is over worked and over burdened and not enough staff overall. Even if they really want to help, they can't. The way their system works for doing any thing is entirely problematic. Causes problems constantly. It's impossible to get the help you really need from this place.
