If it wasn’t for my providers I have, I wouldn’t be going. The main door to get into the building, is not wheelchair accessible at all. Some of the staff is absolutely rude and arrogant. They think they’re better than everyone.
Johnathon Rent is the best. He has me on the perfect combination of meds to keep my anxiety in check and he doesn’t judge.
Front desk staff are beyond rude and uneducated. When Shawn left- they lost the only good thing they ever had happen to them, chris- the other head person- sucks deeply in the world of mental health. This brand/company is a JOKE.
I WOULDNT CHOOSE THIS PLACE, IF YOU CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS EVEN WITHIN THEIR POLICY.. EVEN IF YOUVE HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY BEYOND YOUR CONTROL AND ARE IN THE HOSPITAL AND CANT MAKE IT AND CANCEL 24 HOURS BEFORE, IT DOESNT MATTER, READ ON (This isnt a salty person that did something wrong and got canceled, this is a review of someone that followed their policies and still got canceled) .. After switching therapists at least twice, I can say that I like the one I am seeing now. I like that he is more adaptable than some of the other therapists who work at this practice. I stopped seeing the one woman therapist because I simply didn't find her helpful. I didn't appreciate the fact that she constantly invited me to her church and promoted her religious views. It felt like she was really trying to gaslight me.
