EVEN IF YOUVE HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY BEYOND YOUR CONTROL AND ARE IN THE HOSPITAL AND CANT MAKE IT AND CANCEL 24 HOURS BEFORE, IT DOESNT MATTER, READ ON (This isnt a salty person that did something wrong and got canceled, this is a review of someone that followed their policies and still got canceled) .. After switching therapists at least twice, I can say that I like the one I am seeing now. I like that he is more adaptable than some of the other therapists who work at this practice. I stopped seeing the one woman therapist because I simply didn't find her helpful. I didn't appreciate the fact that she constantly invited me to her church and promoted her religious views. It felt like she was really trying to gaslight me.
I reached out to this facility because I'm indire need of family based services which was suggested by my sons social worker from school to do. Not only was they unable to help they redirect to other providers. Now for three years I have been struggling to get my son to go to school, attend doctor appointments. We been struggling and no one seems to be able to help. Now I ask you if I can't get my son to go to school and attend his other appointments how am I going to get him to keep complaint with therapy. I called down hear at 12:18pm and the Receptionist by the name of amy that answered the phone got really rude with me when I told her I needed a important paper and she got really rude with me and would not give it to me and hung up on me and this has not been the first time she has done this to me there has been many other times she's done this I think something should be done with her every other person has been respectful to me but her she's the only one that is always rude to me and I think if this Does not stop then the... read more
My boyfriend just called to try and get information for something important and the lady on the phone was really rude and wouldn't do it for him when she new it was important and then hung up on him these people are going to lose people if they don't get people with respect and learn how to do there job this place is the most worst place with Receptionist ever
