How do y’all actually not help people who needs help! Made a call a week ago or week after waiting for a phone call back!!!! Literally took all my info which I really didn’t wanna share or give them because I knew I wasnt getting a call back or atleast a spot where me and my baby can lay our heads!! Me and my child literally been homeless at a hotel for almost a month and I’m running out of funds to keep or maintain the room. You literally can’t trust anybody words or kindness bc they don’t care!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The case manager Diane is a tyrant who rules with an iron fist. She makes up her own rules and looks for any excuse to throw people out in the streets even with kids. She opens your mail and talks about how you should hit your kids like she beats hers. Shed’s gruff and harsh and aggressive, she had my kid crying while I was curled up in a ball shaking.
