I have been going here for years. I loved Dr. Saks(even though he left) so it's not the Dr's. per say. What I'm frustrated with is the fact that I have got canceled on MULTIPLE times and then get pushed MONTHS out to be seen again. If the Dr tells me to come every 6 mths, I don't expect to continually get pushed over a year or more to be seen again.This has happened over the last 3 years. Terrible follow up from scheduling and most clinical staff with ambulatory carilion obgyn clinics. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Mychart messages should be audited. I can’t the the only one. Switching to competitor due to no choice - you simply can’t get the care you need here.Carilion L&D at the hospital is great, so it’s unfortunate to have to switch. Very disappointing.

The Only reason I come to this Carilion Facility is to see Dr. Saks, who is leaving! Carilion has taken 2 great physicians out of this facility over the years! The staff in this facility is not helpful they are Rude and try to be extremely pushy, always trying to cancel appts and reschedule with other physicians or they won’t let you see other physicians , they cannot decide what they want to do! I've waited on a scheduling a medical test for two weeks, I've called multiple times and reached out on MyChart to try and set it up only to be completely ignored.
