The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I've experienced by front desk associates over the years is insane. I have been a patient at this location for years and tolerated many miscommunications and poor customer service from the front desk. Do better

He and Dr. Miller have been taking care of me for 25 years.
Despite having their name and practice on the marketplace they do not take marketplace insurance. Waited a full month to get in only to be cut of constantly by an underpaid front counter representative who wouldnt let me finish a thought. I was desperately trying to explain the situation and that they're listed as a provider who takes marketplace insurance but she was incredibly rude and kept say "honey we dont take it" like a broken record. Please take your name and practice off the registry if you don't take it.
