My Husband and I see Dr. Muir and he is a great Doctor. He acts like we're the only patients in his office. He genuinely cares about his patients.
The desk/office staff is incredibly rude and unpleasant. The women in the office are so dry and off-putting, not an ounce of compassion, caring or kindness. I have also been calling for 2 weeks now to have scripts filled for my cognitively impaired brother and haven't gotten an answer other than av the voicemail that said "you asked for a call back, so here, I'm calling you back." My Mother has been a patient with Dr Muir for over a decade. She loves him. I fail to see why as any time I accompany her she doesnt get to see him, even when she thinks its going to be him it isnt. His staff is miserable and rude and honestly bullies. They dont return phone calls, and this has been going in for a while but again she loves the Dr. They sent her an appt reminder to an office she had no idea existed and then wouldnt see her when she came to the inly office she has ever been to.
