Perhaps I should postpone my review as I am a new patient. The signing up process to become a new patient was easy enough for me. Dropped the forms off and greeted nicely. Lobby area nice and clean. My initial appointment was with Ms Ryan. It went well. Ruth, who handles the billing and insurance, is very nice and helpful. I am keeping my fingers crossed. At my age, hunting for a new PCP was a nightmare.
I always receive the best care with my NP Kathleen! I’m very lucky to have her!
I absolutely agree with Megan Candee: Avoid this practice at all costs. The NP my wife and I have dealt with is self adsorbed, does not listen and is ignorant of essential services offered in the area. Add to that that they are apparently incapable of executing such simple things as a referal properly and you get the very bleak picture.
This place should be investigated. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, find a different practice. After seeing both NPs for primary care, there were major issues with both. The one I saw originally was awful, left me in tears each time I left. She dismissed every concern I had. I switched to the other NP who at first was a breath of fresh air in comparison to her coworker.
