I called to make an appt using them for the first time and not only did they not give me the time of day, they would not take my info to start the process of being a patient there. They said they would call me back, still waiting on that call 4 business days later. First impression of this practice....no thank you.
You waited close to an hour for my last office visit and this was BEFORE COVID. Now I called to give the Dr. my results of tests he ordered and the answering service will not take a message - why bother. I need a new doctor.
My family has been going here for years. Parents, siblings, and now significant others. Their staff is professional and they don't rush you out the door. We are Dr. Yarmark's patients, but have also seen Dr. Dickerman and have been very happy. They encourage questions, help you find answers and put you at ease. Thank you for taking care of all of us!
