Saw Dr. H. In his prosperity office when I had trouble walking and lifting my right leg more than 2 inches, he determined the muscle that runs from my hip along my waist was extremely tight. Worked on me for a half hour and got me some relief. Future visits have also helped
I have had shoulder pain for several years. Previously I have had a cortisone shot followed by physical therapy which helped somewhat for a while. The shoulder pain was interfering with sleep and any lifting and movement activities. At my initial appointment with Dr Henning, he used dry needling which was painless and remarkably, my shoulder pain has decreased by at least 80% after one 30 minute appointment.
