I absolutely love all the doctors at Family Practice however there billing is absolutely atrocious. I paid my copay for a date of service and have a receipt that I made payment and my credit card was charged as well. I am still getting a bill even though the balance reflects a 0 balance on MyChart. I was also seen for bloodwork at the Marlboro location and claim was processed by my insurance. Then I received a bill from a third party lab for the same blood work. My primary care doctor for years now, if I didn’t like them I wouldn’t still be a patient. Doctors really listen to you and take their time with you not just a 5 minute in and out visit.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Deshanki N. Pandya February 12, 2025. I had to wait until today, June 13, 2025: FOUR MONTHS, and I understood the wait. I moved to NJ from PA, and needed a new PCP for RX refills for blood pressure medication, as well as a BP check. I have never been to the office and there are three separate medical buildings at that address, so I drove around for a bit looking for the correct suite. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue with this office since February 2nd, my only and last visit —and I’m still waiting on a resolution. After multiple follow-ups, I was told by the office manager that the problem stemmed from lab work being scanned incorrectly — something that has apparently happened before. Beware!!! I would have given "0" star if available. Love the doctor but always problems for every annual routine checkup. They input the wrong codes as office Visit rather than Preventive Services. Our insurance covers annual checkup 100%. Called the office and they're giving us the runaround. Asked to speak to the manager but never received a call back.
