This is the best experience I have ever had with a medical office staff. They are always accessible, helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.
Drove 2 hours here for an appointment. Came from NY so the traffic randomly added 25 minutes to the trip. I called when this happened and said I would be 20 minutes late and they said 15 minutes is their limit and wouldn’t make a 5 minute exception for me. They canceled the appointment and I had to drive 2 hours back home. I could understand if I was going to be an hour late or something but an extra 5 minutes turning me down is wild and clearly they don’t care about their patients. I don’t understand why is it so hard just for them to call the patient back and approve something so simple smh. This doctors office is the worst no wonder the ratings are low smh. The commutation is horrible and the dr is nice but horrible communication with the whole staff. ATP JUST FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM !!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Saxena. She is a WONDERFUL, CARING doctor with great follow up. This office staff is far superior to any I have ever had experience with in the past. They call immediately with test results and are patient, kind and explain thoroughly the doctor's message. Bravo to Family Practice of CentraState, Jackson NJ location. Highly recommend.
