I don’t understand why is it so hard just for them to call the patient back and approve something so simple smh. This doctors office is the worst no wonder the ratings are low smh. The commutation is horrible and the dr is nice but horrible communication with the whole staff. ATP JUST FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM !!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Saxena. She is a WONDERFUL, CARING doctor with great follow up. This office staff is far superior to any I have ever had experience with in the past. They call immediately with test results and are patient, kind and explain thoroughly the doctor's message. Bravo to Family Practice of CentraState, Jackson NJ location. Highly recommend.
The entire staff from Dr Ignaccio, Dr Lanez to PA Dykeman have done outstanding performance. They show that they care for their patients and always ensure follow up contact. The absolute best team of providers.
