Dr Swani Patel has been wonderful for my husband and myself she is a great dr. It’s easy to get appointments when we need them.
This practice has increasingly gotten more difficult to schedule appointments with. Forget sudden illness or being overcome by a cold...you will need to book an appointment 7 days inadvance if you wish to see someone in the freehold office. They will push you out to other offices in oulther counties. I live in Freehold and they were trying to have me travel to Tom's River!
I'm surprised to see so many unhappy patients. My experience with this practice has been Great! The front office staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had trouble getting someone on the phone. Both doctors I've seen were very attentive and extremely thorough. I was called with my test results very soon after they were available (I believe the following day) after last year's physical. This is a review specifically for the receptionists at the office. Why does no one ever pick up the phone or respond to voice-mail? I've called this practice over 10 times over the past few weeks and have never had a single person answer the phone and speak with me. I've had the phone answered, but was twice promptly hung up on by whomever answered the phone in the first place. Why have a service to answer phone calls when they don't answer them?
