Had an emergency which caused me to be late for first time. Tried to call them, nobody every picks up the phone. They practice screening and calling back. Got there and they said I no showed. Wanted to book me again, I said no. I was charged for a no show for the one appointment, then I was charged a second no show for an appointment I never made. I got be honest, i had no bad experience here
If I could give a 0 review I would. I was late to my appointment by not even 10 minutes and they cancelled my appointment. They also billed my insurance (without even seeing me). Medicine is not about money. It's about health. And I felt like the system here is purely money motivated. Staff had a dry attitude. Worst healthcare experience I've ever had. I hope to never come back here again, even if If I was dying.
