I really loved Dr. French as a doctor, she listened, and I want to keep seeing her. But I’m highly dissatisfied with the office overall. My annual exam was covered, but when I mentioned a concern when asked, nothing related to that concern was examined. I was simply referred out and then charged $244. It felt shady…like semantics were used to bill me for something that should have been included. I was completely caught off guard, and it makes me question the practice overall. Dr Macklin is the gold standard all doctors should strive to be! I've been her patient for many years now and she still spends quality time at every appointment and listens to all my concerns. Best primary care physician I have ever had! Also, all of the staff at Family Practice center are top notch. Always friendly and eager to help!
