She is a great physician. She listen to me and gave me her opinion and what other things to try to see if it helped and if it doesn't to definitely call her back then she would call something in.
Been going here for many years. In the last year there is not a single person that was working there 2 years ago. I feel like every time I walk in the door it's a completely different place

Jeremy Lazorka is excellent. He very knowledgeable and caring, takes the time to listen to your questions. Family Practice Center is losing a great PA I will be following Jeremy to his new office.
