I was charged $50.00 for missing an appointment I was there for, ( I was in their own Bathroom)! Went to the window and the lady said sorry sir you missed your appointment. When I called the office manager to explain that I was in the bathroom, the office manager told me I was a lier and I was never there. Sadly, I just had a heart attack 3 weeks prior.
