I have been going to Dr Russ for over 30 years now…he is the very best at what he does. A real treasure !!
Doctors listen well and ar e very competent.
I have been going here for years, but now there has been a lot of issues with this establishment. Medications that I have been on forever are now a problem to get filled. They want to change my whole treatment plan that works for me and has been working for me for a very long time.. let’s try new things and then after you try it and it does not work they don’t want to give you what was working in the first place.. I’ve been a patient here since 2018 and have always had great experiences. Today I had my first bad one. I called to book an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. She did not let me finish my sentences, continued to cut me off, was blowing her breath at me. I almost addressed her attitude but with an attitude like that I’m sure plenty have done so already.
