I thought I found the best PCP. I thought the office manager, Anna, is so sweet, patient and kind, BUT the other two girls that wear the hijabs have zero customer service experience, and when I call in for questions for the doctor, or to ask to speak to Anna, or to make an appointment, or just to ask for a simple copy of a form, I am left on hold. Dr khan is amazing but her front staff has no clue what they are doing she needs to get new staff
Dr. Khan is a fabulous doctor. She will sit with you forever and make sure all concerns are addressed. Usually, it's pretty easy to schedule an appointment and there isn't a long wait before seeing the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Khan.
