I saw Jackie for over 2 years, everything was 'fine' up until a month ago. It seems as though they fired Claire their receptionist or something because her line is no longer available and now when you call it goes to a voicemail created by Jackie. Jackie out of nowhere decided to ghost all my calls/texts with zero explanation as to what was going on. It's sad to see that I was her patient for over 2 years just for her to completely ignore all my texts/calls/voicemails. Not professional at all.
