I am responding to the 1 star review 2 months ago regarding a breathing treatment she did not receive. This patient was in our care for over 3 years. She was treated with kindness, excellent care including referrals, diagnostic films and same day appointments. We always made room for her even at a moments notice as this is our policy for all our established patients. I sought care for shortness of breath. I informed staff in advance that my children had recently tested positive for Influenza A and that I had no childcare available. Neither they nor I had a fever at the time of the visit. The interaction was immediately confrontational. Rather than addressing my respiratory concerns, I was reprimanded for bringing my children and questioned about why they were not “home.” When I explained they could not be home alone, the tone remained accusatory. A very good doctor that listens to you and goes out of her way to help you. Has badly chosen employees in the past. But now is making new better improvements to Staffing. Now providing a better clinic. With no toxicity or childish nurses.
Jackie provides kind, timely and thorough care. I trust her so much I have referred my sister to her, who is also happy with her attentiveness and lack of criticism.
