Wow, my husband has been a patient of Dr Donald Yeatts for years but back in September he went into hospice here at home, unable to walk or care for himself. A bit stressful and chaotic but we are managing. Unfortunately he had an appointment with this office that he missed during that time and they have charged him a $100 no-show fee!!! Seems a bit high and I'm shocked that they don't give consideration to his circumstances!! Shame on y'all!! He is very kind and concerned. He helped my husband many times. He has even called me himself on concerning issues.
My wife and I live five minutes from this wonderful practice, and they are like family to us. From initial contact with the appointment desk to checkin to assessment and seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner, to heading home, this is absolutely the finest practice we have ever encountered. Same day appointments are almost routine. Staff are great. There is a sweet spirit that prevails all over the office. We are blessed! As long as this practice continues to operate, we will never move out of this area.
I think Dr Yeats Is a wonderful, kind, compassionate Doctor who is very attentive to your needs. And I think he has a wonderful office staff as well who go above and beyond to help you out when needed.
