He is very kind and concerned. He helped my husband many times. He has even called me himself on concerning issues.
My wife and I live five minutes from this wonderful practice, and they are like family to us. From initial contact with the appointment desk to checkin to assessment and seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner, to heading home, this is absolutely the finest practice we have ever encountered. Same day appointments are almost routine. Staff are great. There is a sweet spirit that prevails all over the office. We are blessed! As long as this practice continues to operate, we will never move out of this area.
I think Dr Yeats Is a wonderful, kind, compassionate Doctor who is very attentive to your needs. And I think he has a wonderful office staff as well who go above and beyond to help you out when needed.
My wife and I have been patients of this practice for about 4 years as our primary care. Starting January 1, 2019, this practice has made a change to their billing process. They are now charging a $100 up front office visit REGARDLESS of wether or not your health insurance plan has a copay for in network visits. This was explained to me by their billing department the last time I attempted to make an appointment.
