I’ve been coming here since my former GP went to corporate and no longer is doing insurance. My first appointment was with Linsey Kelly and it went well. My husband goes to her so I tried her. On the third I needed new meds, and I needed refills. I waited a week, over a week. I left 2,3 messages. I was told after I left an exasperated message they just said I was left a message on the patient portal. I was appalled at the lack of follow through on ms. Kelley’s part. I would like to think Family Practice Associates, Dr Krasner and Roman for taking great care of me and for their great customer service, and professionalism.
Dr Roman is very good and funny and I feel that I can talked with him about any issue that I have. So I give him a 5 star recommendation
I didn’t enjoy my experience at all! The receptionists weren’t friendly. Dr.Roman was very dismissive when I expressed a concern and didn’t ask any further questions to understand my situation. On the mental health portion of the questionnaire during my physical exam with the MA i answered no and Dr. Roman didn’t address them….
