Got hung up on when I called, no accident! And in person, most nurses had yucky attitudes at the beginning of the day except one black woman RN who kept a smile and was so genuine. I mean they were even crass with elderly folks who need a tad patience. Don't nurses know that? That woman made me feel a million times better about being in a doctors office while containing my nerves. The young doctor was nice and made managing hundreds healthcare seem easy.
