Dr. G is a very good doctor. However, the nurse practitioner is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Whenever you take your little kids to the doctor, you expect them to be treated kindly, at the least. Receptionist seem nice, but I'm afraid the misery loves company, and they are catching her bad vibes. That's how bad her vibes are. I was here not for myself but for someone else that needed medical attention. The front desk Urgent care workers are terrible, unprofessional and incompetent. These people should not be working with the public. AT ALL. They need training, and I just don’t mean in customer service, but to be caring and compassionate human beings. These people lack that. Not the place to be working if you’re a P.O.S. Needless to say but my friend and anyone I know will be staying away from this urgent care.
July 31, 2023 at 11:07am. Family Practice Associates was great! I felt like they really cared about me. Family Practice Associates is now called Unity Community Health Center. For privacy, I am not using the Doctors names or the name of my medication. So, I have been with my last doctor close to 9 years, until he retired. Then I got a new doctor at the same organization, same insurance. I called (UCHC) to get a refill of a medication. I always call when I have 3 days left of the medication and the Doctor normally refills it.... read more
The front desk receptionist at the Urgent Care Center I has a snappy kind of attitude, not friendly and is intimidating. Every time I go to the urgent care clinic she is always the only one at the desk and the last time I came to pick up paperwork she gave a dirty look as if she was upset.
