The staff and Dr's are so down to earth and professional...makes you feel like family...
Their offices are very clean and nice, but we have had a few issues. Primarily with their billing. Our insurance shows them listed as a 'specialist' so we get overcharged co-pays EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! we have called and complained numerous times and each time we are told they will take care of it. We threatened to leave the practice as we can't afford our high premiums and high specialist co-pays on top of it.
