My wife went to emergency in Creston about a badly injured knee. This was her second visit in 5 weeks with the condition getting worse. Dr Adigoke was the attending physician and his care, bedside manner and attitude was disgusting at best. He recognized that the knee was swollen and remarked that MAYBE she needed physio therapy. He contradicted the previous Dr’s advice. She told him that it hurts when she walks our dog etc., and he said “Then don’t walk the dog”. As he chuckled. Literally, hands down the single worst experience of my life. From reception, where they are incredibly rude and know nothing (Vanessa), down to doctor's who seemingly don't know how the system works or how to add refills to prescriptions when you can only see them once every two months. I've worked in health care for many years, I have a certificate in medical terminology, and I guarantee I know more in my pinky than the entire clerical staff there.
Never missed an appointment in all my years and they want to charge for one missed due to no fault of my own.Healthcare is garbage in Canada.
