Literally, hands down the single worst experience of my life. From reception, where they are incredibly rude and know nothing (Vanessa), down to doctor's who seemingly don't know how the system works or how to add refills to prescriptions when you can only see them once every two months. I've worked in health care for many years, I have a certificate in medical terminology, and I guarantee I know more in my pinky than the entire clerical staff there.
Never missed an appointment in all my years and they want to charge for one missed due to no fault of my own.Healthcare is garbage in Canada.
