BEWARE! Serious concerns with provider here. I was seen for a test that came back severe diagnosis. I messaged the provider, Autumn Mejia, with questions and she did not respond until 1 month later. Again, I recently had another diagnosis and I have reached out to provider and practice manager and they have not called me back now and it's been two weeks. I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago and specifically requested blood work through Labcorp. I clearly emphasized this to the front desk/scheduler, and they even forwarded my call to the nurse. I also left a voicemail reiterating that I needed blood work done. Today, after fasting for 12 hours (I’m diabetic), I showed up at Labcorp at 2:30 PM, only to find out that no order had been sent. I was seen recently by Kelley Flowers-Frazier, my initial visit with her. Kelley was outstanding in the care she provided. She explained things thoroughly and recommended I adjust how I was taking a maintenance drug for a more effective impact which previous FPA medical providers never mentioned. She covered the vaccinations I should receive and spent time addressing my questions. I greatly appreciated the care and interest she expressed. Jennifer is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. Short, tone is rude and she is overall not a friendly person on the phone at all. Dr. Decker and Dr. Lockard are great. They should talk to their staff about how they talk to patients and their tone. Crazy!
We agree with most negative reviews. No patient Dr connection that's not normal like they were trying to cross off as some chemistry. It's not that this has become a money making business.... We kept getting wrong bills ....
